1. In a small mixing bowl add the lemon juice, soy sauce, ketchup, Maggi seasoning, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper and mix it all together. Set it aside to settle.2. In a saute pan over medium heat add between 2 tablespoons of olive oil.3. Add in the red onion and garlic and cook over medium heat until onion becomes translucent (2 minutes or so).4. Add in the diced chicken and cook over medium heat until the chicken is lightly browned (about 4 minutes).5.
