How Do I Make Crock Pot Onion Chicken w/ creamy sauce?

Here is how you make Crock Pot Onion Chicken w/ creamy sauce:

slice onion and garlic. Place layer of onion on bottom of crockpot to prevent chicken from sticking.** I use a small crockpot- so if you have a large one you will probably need to double up on the onion to have enough. I usually use about half of one onion to coat the bottom of my crockpot.** Layer the chicken and remaining onion an garlic on top of onion layer. In a small bowl mix 1 cup hot chicken broth with dip mix and stir until dissolved. Add yogurt and stir until smooth- Pour over chicken and onion. ** My small pot only allows me to use half the dip/yogurt mixture. I save the rest and serve it poured over the baked potatoes or mixed into the mashed.( it's to DIE for!) Cover and cook on low or med setting for 6-8 hours. *** iF the yogurt and broth separate and get lumpy- just blend it in a blender or food processor for a few seconds to re incorporate**Serve with either mashed potatoes or baked potatoes and either a steamed green veg or salad. ( I usually use either broccoli or asparagus)Even with the potato and veg added- you still have an entire meal for about 400 cals! Can't beat that with a stick!
