4 string cheeses, cut into rounds

.5 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely

Here is how you make Cupboard Chicken:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Take a 8x13 cooking dish (or one of comparable size) and you may spray the dish with non-stick spray if you like; it makes serving easier. Place the chicken breasts in the pan however they fit. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, making sure to cover as much as you can of the chicken. If you've used the right portion, there's a LOT of chicken in there!Take the cut-up string cheese and distribute it over the sauced chicken.Evenly pour the breadcrumbs over the cheese-sauce-chicken. You may add more or less to your liking.Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the crumb-cheese-sauce-chicken.Bake for 45 minutes and check for doneness of chicken.
