1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tsp oil
1 clove garlic, minced/pressed
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 fl oz (2 tbsp) white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup thinly sliced zucchini (think long matchsticks,) microwaved for 30 sec to 1 min to cook halfway
3 oz grilled skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
salt and pepper to taste

Add half the broth and cook down, add remaining broth and cook until slightly reduced and slightly thickened.
