2 cups 2% milk
1/4 cup vegetable brooth
4 oz. Gorgonzola cheese crumble

Here is how you make Hazelnut-Crusted Chicken with Gorgonzola Sauce PK:

Preheat oven to 325F, mix the 2 tbsp. flour, poultry seasoning, and garlic powder in a dish. Beat the egg whites in a shallow plate or bowl. Place the hazelnuts in a piece of wax paper. Preheat a nonstick skillet with an oven safe handle over medium to medium high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Turn in flour to dust the breasts, then turn them into the egg whites, then press the breast into the nuts on both sides. Wash hands. Add oil to pan and add chicken, brown the nuts/crusted chicken for 2 minutes in each side, transfer to oven and finish cooking the chicken through, bake for 8-10 minutes.Shortly before serving melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in 1/4 c. flour. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly, Gradually stir in mil, broth and black pepper. Cook until thickened stirring constantly.Reduce heat to low. Stir in cheese until melted.To serve, place the chicken on plates an pour a couple of spoons of the sauce over the center of each piece.
