1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
3 large yellow peppers
1 very large onion
8 oz slice mushrooms (1 cup)
2 10 oz cans Bud Lite (any lite) beer
1 can (approx 12 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (approx 12 oz) tomato sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp oregano
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Here is how you make Mamma's Drunk Chicken:

Put the oil in a large skillet and heat. Add the chicken thighs and season. Saute the thighs until golden brown.While chicken browns, slice the peppers and onions into strips. Slice the mushrooms. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add the veggies, the diced tomatoes, the tomatoe sauce and the 2 cans of beer. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.Cook and drain the pasta per directions on box.Remove the chicken thighs and let cool. When cooled add back to the sauce and mix with the pasta.
