1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
2 cups light cream
4 Tbls. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbls. lemon juice
Olive Oil to make to coat frying pan
pepper to taste

Filet chicken breasts (one chicken breast should split 4 ways) into 1/4 inch pieces.
