Serves 4preheat oven to 180c.line an 11cm x 22cm loaf tin with baking paper.Process pork and chicken in a blender or food processor until finely minced.combine pork,chicken,breadcrumbs,onion,capsicum,zuccini,basil and garlic.Place mixture in prepard tin and pack down firmly. Bake for 1 hour , stand for ten minutes , drain off any excess liquid.SauceTo make roast capsicum sauce , heat oil in a non-stick frypan and cook onion gently until soft and caramelised.
