15-20 King Prawns (jumbo shrimp)
300g chorizo sausage
1 large yellow onion
4 large sticks celery
2 bell peppers
4 cloves garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Pinch sea salt
dash black pepper
4 bay leaves
2 cups (dry) whole grain rice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 ltr chicken stock/broth

Here is how you make Chicken, Sausage and Prawn Jambalaya:

Season chicken & sausage with cayenne, black pepper & salt. Cook in non-stick pan until meat is browned. Then add the onion, peppers & celery plus the bay leaves, thyme and pinch of salt and pepper.Cook for about 10 mins until veg is softened. Now add your garlic, tomatoes and hot chicken stock/broth. Bring everything to the boil then turn down to low-medium heat and simmer for 20 mins.Now add the rice and mix well. Turn heat to medium and simmer for 20 mins until the rice is cooked.
