Here is how you make Jamie Oliver's chicken, sausage and prawn jambalaya:

Brown the chicken and sausage over a medium heat. Once browned, add onion, peppers, celery, bay, thyme, salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Once softened, add garlic and chillies. Add tinned tomatoes and chicken stock. Simmer for 25-30 minutes, then add rice. Cook for 15-20 minutes until rice is soft. Stir in prawns, add a touch of water and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
