Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)(I used homemade - no salt)
*Dried Thyme, .12 tsp (remove)
Parsley, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)

Here is how you make Chicken Saute:

Place Flour in a large resealable plastic bag.Add Chicken pieces 2 at a time and shake to coat.In a large skillet saute Chicken in 1 tbsp of oil in batches for 2 minutes a side or until no longer pink, drain. Remove and keep warm.In the same skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in remaining oil for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.Add garlic, cook for 1 minute longer.Stir in both amounts of broth and Thyme.Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened (depending on broth used sometimes it does or doesnt thicken that much).Stir in parsley, add Chicken, heat through and serve.Serving Size: Serves 2Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user LINDALOU_77.
