I love the sticky chicken I found here, but this was my alternative in a pinch when I had no roaster chicken on hand and was craving the flavor. Not QUITE as awesome as that, but it tastes GREAT.In a small bowl, thoroughly combine all the spices. Cut chicken breasts into cubes or strips.Toss the chicken in the spice mixture making sure it is well coated.Place in a plastic bag or container, seal and refrigerate for at least one hour. Overnight is preferable if you have the time, but an hour on short notice is adequate and tasty.When cooking, saute the chopped garlic and onions lightly in the smart balance until clear and soft.Add chicken and stirfry approx. 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Do not overcook or chicken will be dry.Drain any excess grease, though I find I rarely have to do this.Serve with rice and a veggie side!Makes 4 servings.
