1 shrimp ring
1/2 brick Tofu - strips
sea salt & ground pepper
1 cup red pepper into strips
1 cup firm zucchini into strips
1 purple onion into strips
1/2 cup snow peas
1 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground ginger

Sauce:
sea salt & ground pepper
2 tsp flour
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice or white wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 cup vegetable broth or water

Here is how you make Chicken, Shrimp and Tofu Szechuanese:

Place some of the oil in a nonstick skillet or wok. Brown chicken, tofu & shrimp over medium heat. Season with sea salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.In same skillet with more oil, stir-fry vegetables garlic and ginger until just done, but still bright in color. Add Sauce mixture (see below) o skillet. Bring to boil and stir constantly. Add chicken, tofu and shrimp. Heat through. Serve over brown rice.Sauce Prep: Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.Mix liquid ingredients in a separate bowl.
