Heat oil and garlic in skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides. Place onions, potatoes, carrots and celery in bottom of slow cooker. Place chicken breasts on top. In a small bowl, combine spices and sprinkle over chicken. Add can of chopped tomatoes with liquid. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours, high for 4 hours.
