Bring salted water to a boil.Cut or snap beans into 2 inch pieces.Combine spiced in a shaker.Lightly spray skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat.While skillet is heating, cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Lay in a single layer and cover with half of the spice mixture. Flip into skillet and coat the other side with the rest of the spices. Cook until done, set aside.As the chicken cooks, cut mushroom into quarters. Cut onion in half, then in strips. Add 4 tbsp of butter to skillet. Cook mushrooms and onion until tender-crisp, keeping browned bits in pan.As mushrooms and onions cook, add noodles and green beans to boiling salted water, boil until tender. Drain, reserving 1 cup of liquid.Return chicken to skillet, with 3/4 cup of liquid. Cook until sauce is thickened and creamy, adding more of the cooking liquid, if desired.Serve chicken mixture over pasta and beans. Add sour cream or plain Greek yogurt to make a creamier sauce.
