Boil the chicken and pick off all of the meat. Throw away the skin and bones. Pour the chicken broth from boiling the chicken in a separate container. Dice up the tomatoes, potatoes(unpeeled), carrots, celery, peppers and put them in the now empty pot you boiled the chicken in. Put the chicken meat in after that. Then pour in about 4 cans worth of the chicken broth you made and the whole can of great northern beans and let simmer for about 3-4 hours getting all of the good flavor soaked into the veggies and meat. Spice the soup with whatever spices you have that don't add fat and calories like Ms. dash, pepper, a pinch or two of salt.
