In a large pot boil chicken breast and thighs with 12 cups of water on medium heat untilmeat is tender. Remove chicken from broth.Add rice, butter, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes. Rice must be tender. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and return to pot.In the meantime in a large bowl beat egg adding slowly the lemon juice. Use a ladle to add 4-5 cups of hot broth in the bowl with egg - lemon mixture. Return the whole mixture to pot and remove from heat.
