-Cook chicken breast, let cool and tear apart or shred. -Prehead oven to 425-Unroll cresent rolls, place about 2-3 oz of shredded chicken on flat cresent roll.-Sprinkle with shredded cheese, continue with all of the cresent rolls using 1 cup of shredded cheese and all of the shredded chicken.-Roll cresent rolls, with the chicken and cheese in the middle-Place rolls in greased glass cooking dish. -Place cresent rolls in the over for about 5 mins or until they have started to brown on top and bottom. -While the rolls are in the oven mix together the Cream of Chicken soup, 1 cup milk and 1 cup shredded cheese in pot, and cook until all the cheese has melted into the soup. -remove the cresent rolls from the over-Pour the soup mixture over top of the roll, and cover the baking dish with foil-Place back in the over for about 30 more minsMakes between 8-10 servings of 1-2 rolls per personNumber of Servings: 10Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user HANDKRISTEN.
