Here is how you make Chicken and Spicy Lentil Soup:

Place whole chicken breast, water, garlic, vinegar, black beans, chickpeas, pepper, salt, and onion powder into a large pot. Boil all ingredients together for 30 min or until chicken is fully cooked. Turn to low heat. Remove cooked chicken from the liquid, and cut into 3 ounce servings. Refrigerate chicken until serving time, or chop up chicken and add to soup for a chunkier soup.Cover pot and simmer on low heat for 3 hrs.
