Here is how you make Chicken Brown Rice Soup:

Prepare Brown Rice Medley According to package directions. While rice is simmering, cut chicken breasts into bite size cubes. Heat 1 1/2 ts olive oil in skillet, brown chicken breast in oil. Remove from pan. Add remainder of olive oil, when heated add 1 clove garlic (minced), then carrots. Saute for 2 minutes, add celery, saute until tender. Add chicken, vegetables and broth to cooked rice, simmer for 25 minutes, or until carrots are at desired tenderness. Season as desired.
