Sprinkle chicken with pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Cook chicken 8 minutes. Turn chicken; add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cook 8 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear.In a bowl, whisk together the soup, broth (or wine), basil and oregano; pour over chicken in skillet. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
