Here is how you make Easy Chicken Veggie Soup:

Cook chicken in large boiler using about 1 cup of the broth and stir in the italian dressing mix (I also tossed in a couple bay leaves while the chicken cooked). When the chicken is done, turn heat off, remove chicken, let cool and dice/shred. Add shredded chicken, remaining broth, cream of chicken soup and vegetables.
