2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 -10 3/4 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
3 cups cooked rice (store uncooked)

(When entering the ingredients I couldn't find oregano leaves, so it's entered as oregano grounds, but recipe calls for leaves)


How Do I Make Herbed Chicken?

Here is how you make Herbed Chicken:

Place chicken in a 1-gallon freezer bag. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, except rice. Pour over the chicken. You may freeze if you want to use this for later. If you choose to freeze, be sure to thaw out the mixture before baking.If you'd like you may place bag in refrigerator and let it marinate for the amount of time you desire- tastes better to me that way :)To prepare for serving, thaw chicken mixture if you froze it. Preheat oven to 350. Place mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, treated with nonstick spray. Bake, covered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
