Combine mushroom soup and milk in bowl, reserve 1/2 cup. Add remaining ingredients (reserve 1/2 the onion soup mix). Pour rice mixture into 9x13 baking dish and lay chicken on top.Pour reserved milk/soup over top of chicken, and sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
