3/4 teaspoon salt

SOUP:
9 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons margarine or butter
11 1/2 cups water
4 1/2 tablespoons chicken base
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
6 eggs (1 1/4 cup)

Here is how you make Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup:

Cook chicken meat if needed; cut into bite size pieces.Cook orzo in a pot for ~10 minutes, strain, and cool in cold water, drain.In a large pot, melt butter and whisk in flour; cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.Add soup ingredients except eggs to pot and bring to a boil; simmer for 15 minutes.Crack eggs into a bowl; slowly add 2 cups of the soup to the bowl and whisk to combine.
