2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
2 tbsp Poultry seasoning
10 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
1.5 cup Cascadian Farm, Organic Sweet Corn, frozen


How Do I Make M's Homemade Chicken soup?

Here is how you make M's Homemade Chicken soup:

In a large pot heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sweat them. Add fresh carrot and celery, cook until tender. Add spices, and I like to use pink Himalayan salt for low sodium content and fresh ground black pepper. Add potatos chopped. Add canellini beans, (I prefer organic but choose what is best for you.) Stir and prep kale by stripping leaves of stock, crushing and chopping them. Add in just before the adding the soup stock (I used two litres) and water. I add the frozen corn at the end and bring the whole thing to a boil, then turn down to low and let simmer for 10 -15 mins. Turn it off after that and it will continue to cook in the hot water. Cook chicken breast in a pan or oven with whatever spices you like to add to them (keep it low on sodium.) Slice those and add them to the soup once it is ready to serve. Serving Size:?makes 9 - 3 cup servings
