Curry powder, 2 tbsp

Lemon Juice, 1 TB

Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 10 slices (Chedder might work as well, but the original recipe calls for American)

Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp stick melted

Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup

Here is how you make Mom's Chicken Devine:

Steam the broccoli (make sure you don't overcook it!) and drain. Spread evenly over LARGE casserole dish as the bottom layer.Remove the skin and bones from the chicken and tear into bite-sized pieces. Spread chicken evenly on top of the broccoli. Mix the mayo, cream of chicken, curry powder and lemon juice together. Spread mixture evenly over chicken.Place the slices of cheese on top. Melt the butter and mix with the bread crumbs.
