Here is how you make Mom's Chicken Normandy:

The day before serving, combine crust ingredients; mix lightly. Spread 1/2 of crust mixture in greased 13x9 inch pan. In large bowl, combine chicken, onion, celery, Miracle Whip, and salt. Spread chicken mixture over crust; top with reserved crust mix. Beat eggs and add milk; pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze for future use. An hour before baking, remove from refrigerator. Spread with soup mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
