Here is how you make Quick and Dirty Plum Chicken:

Preheat oven to 375. Place the chicken breasts in a cooking dish that suits their size (glass or Pyrex is best). Mix the Italian salad dressing, fruit preserves and the onion soup mix together, until the powder of the mix is dissolved into the preserves and the dressing. Pour the mix over the chicken, and cook for 25-30 minutes or until done, adjusting time as needed for your oven. You can adjust the consistency of the 'sauce' by adding more or less dressing, preserves or mix as needed. 1 serving is equivalent to 1 chicken breast with sauce.
