1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Chopped Sweet Peppers
1/4 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
1 Skinless Deboned Chicken Breast
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cups Cooked Brown Rice

Normally I use Soup Powders with non-fat milk and not canned soup, but I am sure you can use canned soup if you prefer. I use approx 1 tbsp soup powder to one cup of milk. I do not add additional salt when I use soup powders.


How Do I Make Quick Chicken Dish?

Here is how you make Quick Chicken Dish:

Serving Size: 2 PersonsCook rice until tender in unsalted water.Sauté onions, peppers & mushrooms in olive oil.Slice Chicken Breast in bite size pieces.Sauté Chicken Breast after onion mix is done and mix together.Add a dash of salt and pepper if needed. (Be careful not to add too much salt as the soup already contains salt).Add Mushroom soup and simmer slowly until rice is done. +- 10 to 15 minutes. Be careful that it does not become to dry.
