1/2 Coup Chicken Broth
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Mushrooms, approx 1 cup
1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Here is how you make Rainbow Chicken Tetrazini:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add chicken breasts to a 4 qt sauce pan and cover with water, bring water to boil and cook chicken approximately 30 minutes or until done. Remove chicken from water, remove skin and bones and dice. Take 1/2 cup chicken broth from pan to use mix with chicken soup. In oblong casserole, combine chicken soup and chicken broth then add diced chicken, mushrooms and cooked rotini mixing well. Top with shredded cheese and then sprinkle Parmesan over top.
