2 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
10 serving Ritz crackers
2 stick Butter, salted


How Do I Make Ritzy Chicken?

Here is how you make Ritzy Chicken:

Bring 2 1/2 lbs. chicken breast to boil and cook until so tender it nearly falls apart when lifting with fork. Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with Pam. Cut or break chicken into bite size pieces and completely cover bottom of dish with chicken. Stir together the cream of chicken and sour cream and spoon over top of the chicken until all is covered. Crush 2 sleeves Ritz crackers into medium size crumbs and cover the soup & sour cream mixture in a thick layer of crumbs. Melt the butter and dribble over top of the crackers. Bake at 350 F. for approximately 30 minutes until top is lightly browned. The soup mixture will bubble up through the crackers and give the casserole a nutty, buttery taste.
