1 can (15 oz.) RoTel tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

1 bag tortilla chips
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese

Here is how you make Rose's "Outlaw" Chicken Tortilla Soup:

Bring the 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot.Dice onions, pepper. Mince garlic. Open all cans. Rinse and drain black beans, pinto beans, and corn.Boil the chicken for 20 minutes.While the chicken is boiling, add cooking oil to skillet. Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add green pepper and continue to saute until all ingredients are tender.Drain the medium pot into a huge pot, and set the chicken aside.Add chicken broth to huge pot.Add black beans, pinto beans, ranch style beans, and rotel tomatoes to huge pot. (Don't add corn)Add chili powder and cumin to huge pot.Cube chicken and add to huge pot.Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
