3 medium-large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small can reduced-sodium tomato soup
3 gloves minced garlic (at least a good heaping spoonful)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 large onion (I used yellow)
1 tbs olive oil
3 tbs Parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Tomato Soup Chicken?

Here is how you make Tomato Soup Chicken:

Start with the onion first. Chop into strips and set on low-medium heat in skillet with olive oil. Allow to cook on low heat for at least a half hour. Cut chicken breasts into large strips, or halves and cook in skillet, bake or boil. Mix tomato soup, garlic, lemon juice in small bowl. Put cooked chicken into baking dish and coat with tomato soup mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Serve with sauteed onions. Also great with some lemon pepper sprinkled on top.
