-12oz, Turkey/Chicken meat (dark works best in soup)
-4 servings (344g) Frozen Mixed Veggies (Corn, Carrots, Beans and Peas)
-1/4 cup Dried onion flakes
-Water
Start Turkey simmering in 2 cups of water w 1 chicken bullion cube for about an hour, till the meat just falls apart.
Add Veggies and onions.
Simmer till veggies are thawed and sprinkle noodles on top by handfuls, stir them in as you go.
Cook for 10 Minutes and serve hot!

-2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
-2 Eggs
-1/5 tsp Salt-
Water, by the TBSP (5)
to make your noodles, mix the top three ingredients. Add water one TBSP at a time, till dough sticks together, but is not sticky.
Roll out as thin as you can, and cut into 1/8-1/4" strips.
Flour strips and lay out to dry, for 15 minutes.
