Here is how you make Wendy's chicken noodle soup:

In a large stock or soup pan heat olive oil and add diced chicken and onion, brown (chicken does not have to be completely cooked at this point).Then add broth,water,basil,sage,pepper and broth base and seasoning. bring this to a boil for about 7 mins. Now add carrots and celery. return to boil , then let simmer till carrots and celery is almost done (bite tender)now add noodles and return to boil until noodles are completely cooked. you may need to add more water if more broth is desired you can add up to about 4 more cups of water before you have to add more base or broth if more is needed ( its about 2 tbsp for every cup).Serving Size: makes approx 12 1.5 cup servingsNumber of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user WMCCARTNEY06.
