What Are The Ingredients For Vegetarian Chicken-less Spaghetti Recipe?The ingredients for Vegetarian Chicken-less Spaghetti are: .25 of a white onion - chopped1 glove crushed garlic 12 oz okg spaghetti 1-8 oz. can of petite diced tomatoes (plain) 2-Quorn Naked Cutlets 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp No chicken base 1 tsp salt 2 cups fine shredded cheddar cheese How Do I Make Vegetarian Chicken-less Spaghetti?Here is how you make Vegetarian Chicken-less Spaghetti: Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F)Cook spaghetti according to package instructionsWhile spaghetti is cooking, put naked cutlets in a pan with 3 cups of water and heat to boiling. Once the water boils, add 1 tsp of no-chicken base and return to boil for about 5 minutes. Chop or mince cutlets and return to boiling water. Turn heat down to low and allow to simmer for remainder of prep time. Chop up onion and set aside. Once spaghetti is cooked, drain and set aside. Remove chopped cutlets from heat and add contents of pan to spaghetti. Stir in diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic clove, cumin and salt. Mix well in order to evenly distribute tomatoes, onion, garlic, and quorn cutlets. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese to the mixture. Put into casserole dish(es), top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese, cover and bake for 30 minutes.Footnotes:If the casserole come to the top of the dish, it would be wise to divide it into 2 different dishes to avoid a mess on the bottom of the oven. Also, you should use a cooking spray inside the casserole dishes to avoid sticking. I always line the rack with foil to further avoid spills.
