Here is how you make Winter Spice Chicken:

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon and nutmeg in a ziplock bak or container. Add chicken and seal. Marinade in refrigerator overnight.Remove chicken from marinade, reserving extra marinade. Combine reserved marinade and vegetable broth. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle chicken with remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan; cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Pour broth mixture over the chicken and bring to a boil.
