Cut onion and cover chicken. Mix together:
3 TB Vinegar
3TB Worcestershire sauce
2 TB Brown sugar
Black pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
1 TB chili powder
1 cup chicken broth

Pour the mixture over the chicken and onions and cook on low in the crock pot for 6-8 hours.

Once cooked and tender drain the juice and shred the chicken with a couple of forks.

Add the BBQ sauce at the end and put onto a bun or orowheat sandwich thin ( bread not included in calculations)
