2 cups snow peas, trimmed

1/3 cup unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts

Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Keep warm.Cutt 2 chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces. Cook chicken in small amount of oil.
