Here is how you make spicy chicken with veggies and peanuts:

Slice Chicken into half inch pieces, toss with soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, fresh ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside for 30 minutes. Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, black vinegar, oil, and cornstarch together for sauce...set aside. Prep veggies for stir fry. Add 2 Tbs. of oil to wok, heat to high. Add chicken (with marinade) and stir fry until just cooked through. Remove from pan to paper towel or strainer. Clean wok. Reheat with 1 Tbs. Oil and stir fry garlic, ginger, scallions and pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Add veggies and stir fry until almost tender. Add the sauce and stir until thickened.
