1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tsp. black pepper freshly ground
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. pesto sauce
1 large re-sealable food storage bag
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thawed (apprx. 4 medium to large thighs)

Wash and de-stem parsley, and chop until finely minced for about 30 seconds in a food processor. Combine the well-chopped parsley with freshly ground pepper, Worcestershire sauce and pesto in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Mix the ingredients well with a spoon, or by squeezing closed bag with hands.

Add thawed chicken, one piece at a time, into the bag, making sure to coat each piece thoroughly. Marinate chicken in bag for 15 to 30 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge. Remove pieces with tongs and grill for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches a safe 165 degrees F.
