1/2c of Hellman's Olive Oil Mayo
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Here is how you make Spicy Parmesan Crusted Chicken:

I don't have a set # of chicken breasts I use this for. I mix everything up and use it on 2 large chicken breasts with bone in, skin off, or on 3 medium sized boneless/skinless chicken breasts. You could even do this with 4 and it would be enough. I don't feel a need to put the chicken in the bowl and coat the whole thing.
