Place rice on the stove top to cook per instructions on package.Cut the onion and peppers into strips, crush the garlic and set aside. Cut chicken on an angle into thin strips and set aside.When the rice is about 6-7 minutes from being done, start the stir fry.Heat a wok (or a large nonstick skillet) over high heat. When the pan smokes, add olive oil. Sprinkle in crushed pepper flakes and hot chili oil. Add chicken and stir fry 2 minutes. Add onions, peppers, snow peas and garlic and stir fry for 2 more minutes.
