1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Here is how you make Chicken, Spinach and Artichokes:

Saute minced garlic, onion and green pepper in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add chicken and brown 5 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper lightly. Add the spinach and artichoke hearts, nutmeg and garlic powder. Salt and pepper lightly. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
