1 T olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 8-10oz bag baby spinach
1/2 cup canned tomatoes
2 T balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Sauted Chicken with balsamic vinegar, spinach and tomatoes:

In saute pan, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add garlic and chicken breasts. Brown 6 minutes on each side. When chicken is done, remove from skillet. To skillet, add bag of fresh spinach and let cooks 3 minutes til slightly wilted. Remove from pan. Add balsamic vinegar and tomatoes to pan and deglaze for 3 minutes.
