1 package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 package sun-dried tomatoes, (not in oil) - chopped
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 box Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate (14.5 oz)
8 oz grilled chicken breast strips (chopped into bite size pieces)

Here is how you make Sun-Dried Tomato, Mushroom, Spinach and Chicken Alfredo Penne:

Spray skillet with olive oil spray and saute mushrooms and garlic. Add tomatoes and then spinach. Stir till warmed. Add jar of Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce and 8 oz grilled chicken breast strips. Cook on low heat till warmed. While this is cooking, boil your pasta noodles.
