5 stalks celery, sliced to soup-sized pieces
5 carrots, sliced to soup-sized pieces
5-10 mushrooms, quartered or cut thick
1 large onion, diced
1 cup prepared chicken soup base (I use the powdered kind)
1/2 cup red wine (optional; included)
1 cup uncooked quinoa (optional; omitted)
2 tsp garlic powder (or pureed garlic is fine)
1 tsp cracked black pepper
2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste - this is "kinda spicy")
1 tbsp frank's red hot
2 tsp club house red pepper seasoning
