1 t cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 medium baby zucchini, diced
1 can 15 oz chick peas, drained and rinsed

Here is how you make Chicken Tangine Stew:

Heat oil over med-high, brown chicken for 2 minutes each side, then set aside. Cook onions for about 3 minute, careful not to burn. Stir in potatoes, carrots, broth, cinnamon, cumin and cayenne pepper and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Add zucchini, chick peas, salt and reserved chicken.
