2 Tbsp corn starch and 1/3 cup water mixed
1 cup of diced tomatoes
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup frozen green beans
2 cups of cooked rice which is still "sticky" and warm

Here is how you make Ghana chicken stew:

Precook rice to a sticky state and form into balls and set aside in a small dish that will hold the stew also.In a medium pan place chicken, broth, tomatoes and green beans. Cook until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat and add peanut butter. Thicken with the cornstarch and water mixture. Pour over the rice balls that you had set aside. Enjoy!!!
